In UX phase after defining the project and goals, competitor analysis, user analysis, brainstorm sessions with whole team (even developers because I wanted to make them involved in the ideas as much as possible)
the next step was defining the most important questions, the user needs, and features to develop, to do so, I made user interviews, personas, user journey map, and User Story Mapping to indicate what the client needs and what the user needs.
but in this step, I had a problem with interviewing in Covid situation, so I had another idea, In such stressful conditions of the beginning of whole Covid quarantine, I decided to do it quite online and used Clubhouse as a platform to make rooms to talk with users, invite to interviews and surveys.

Analyzing the whole data, I came up with User Story Mapping and the features table I wanted to acheive.

After sessions with the team and prioritizing the features for different releases, I started to sketch for UI and prototype phase.

planning sprints, I designed, tested, and again defined, designed and tested over and over again.
And here is the result, A management panel for the client,
and the application for end-user in light and dark mode

had many demo sessions with a prototyped version for developers
